At The James of Hollywood, the care of our guests and residents is our highest priority – and that care starts even before you set foot upon our concierge-serviced property. Whether you intend to visit for a night or for a monthly hotel stay, our goal is to provide you with an effortless experience at every opportunity. The following resident lease and hotel reservation questions and answers are provided in anticipation and fulfillment of your needs before, during and after your stay with us.

Q. How do I make a reservation or confirm my stay?

A. Please call our reservation line or the front desk concierge to help guide you through the process.

Q. Do you offer nightly stays as well as extended stays of 30 days or more?

A. Yes. We have nine hotel rooms that can be booked for nightly stays. A minimum length of stay may apply. Please call for details.

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

A. We accept payment via Amex, Visa, Mastercard, check or bank transfer.

Q. What is your check-in and check-out process?

A. We will send you a check-in and check-out checklist along with a welcome pack catered to your individual needs. In addition, the front desk concierge is available to help guide you through the process.

Q. What taxes are applied to your rates?

A. For stays of 30 days or more, there is no lodging tax added. Please call to inquire about tax rates on our hotel rooms.

Q. Do all units have kitchens?

A. Yes. Every hotel residence, whether it be a studio or one bedroom, has a fully equipped kitchen stocked to accommodate a party of up to four people.

Q. Is there parking onsite?

A. Yes. Onsite parking is available. Please call to inquire about the cost.

Q. Are utilities included?

A. Yes. All utilities are included.

Q. Do you have a gym?

A. Yes. Our 24-hour, state-of-the-art gym includes Peloton bikes, a Peloton treadmill and “The Mirror” personal training sessions.

Q. Is housekeeping available?

A. Yes. Housekeeping can be arranged through the KEYPR in-suite concierge tablet or through the concierge at the front desk.

Q. Is there laundry service?

A. Yes. Laundry service can be arranged through the KEYPR in-suite concierge tablet or through the concierge at the front desk.

Q. What is your pet policy?

A. We welcome dogs and cats alike at The James of Hollywood.

Q. Is renter’s insurance required?

A. No. Renter’s insurance is not a requirement.

Q. Do you have any storage space on property?

A. No. We do not offer any onsite storage.

Q. What amenities and services do you offer?

A. At The James of Hollywood, one’s desires for living effortlessly are brought to complete fruition. Please visit our amenities and services page for more information. Services are not included in the rate.
